About fifteen years ago, my life changed in a way I never expected. What started as small health concerns turned into something much more serious—three heart attacks that eventually led to heart failure.

That experience forced me to face something very real.

Health is not guaranteed. And after 50, it becomes something you have to protect, understand, and work on every single day.

I’m not a doctor.

I don’t have a medical degree.

What I have is lived experience—years of dealing with real health struggles, asking questions, learning from doctors, and figuring out how to keep moving forward when things don’t feel easy.

And that’s exactly why this site exists.

After everything I went through, I realized something important:

Most people over 50 are not looking for complicated advice.
